Consultation & Design
DeMoney Management will start at step 1 with you on your property development or property renovation journey. We will go through a full consultation to determine exactly what you are after and by the end, we will have come up with a plan to reach the final destination in the most cost efficient route.
We have a list of architects who we have trusted relationships with to help with any designs along with recommended builders we have worked with.
Planning & Quotes Review
Our team have many years of experience in developing and improving residential and commercial properties. We work closely with our clients, the architects and the planning office to come up with the optimal scheme to submit to planning.
Whilst planning is being submitted we oversee the competitive tendering process, report on tender bids, advise on contract selection, selection of contractors and supervise and manage construction contracts from inception to completion.
Building Work Management
DeMoney Management supervise the build of the project from start to finish keeping the clients fully informed through the whole journey. We do regular site visits and stay in contact with building control to make sure all the boxes are ticked. We help manage any queries that often occur during the build to reduce holdups and stop incorrect decisions being made.
We can also price check all changing parts of the build to make sure the client gets the best value for the money if new designs or elements are required.
