Property Hunt
One of our team of experts will arrange a call with you to go through what is important to you when deciding on the location of a suitable property. A list of parameters will then be drawn up for your purchase which will be used to keep the search focused.
DeMoney Management will then go away and shortlist the best fits. We can advise on the best choices and even view the properties with you or on your behalf.
Property Valuation
Great, we’ve found the property you like now, is the price right? DeMoney Management will do some detailed analyse taking into account:
- the state of the property
- Other similar properties for sale
- sold price of similar properties
- etc
This information will then be used to help us decide on a fair price.
Purchase Negotiation
DeMoney Management can do the negotiation for you on the property you desire. We want to help get you a great deal by not paying over the true market price.
We also help advice on further price changes that may need to occur once a survey has been done which helps highlight problems that may devalue the property. Such surveys are often requested by your mortgage company.
Next Steps
We now have an agreed purchase price for the property. The surveys are done and the solicitors are handling the legal work. Demoney Management will help push along the sale with frequent updates of where we are in the process.
