Block Management is where DeMoney Management would provide management services for the the freeholders and leaseholders of a block of residential and or commercial units. In some instances we work directly for the freeholders, equally we could be instructed to work by the leaseholders who have done a Right To Manage (RTM) to enable them to take the control away from the freeholders for deciding who manages their block. We will generally look after the communal areas of the building along with the surrounding grounds.
